(Restaurant) Mongolian Grille in La Frontera

I had dinner here a while back with a friend of mine at her suggestion. Oh my goodness. This is the best idea in the entire world, I’m convinced. Not only is everything reasonably healthy, but you can chose exactly what you want. If you don’t like it, well, it’s your own darn fault, isn’t it? I had chicken and chow mein type noodles, lots of veggies and a curry sauce.

What you do is you get a bowl and then cram as much veggies/meat as you want in it. You then grab a bowl, fill it with your choice of noodle, then make your own concoction from the 20 or so sauces available (or they have a guide to help you make one) and then give it to someone who puts it on a big round stir fry.

Such a simple idea, but oh so good. I can’t wait to take the kids, I think they will like it 🙂

Yummy…I love Mongolian BBQ. Especially after I realized you didn’t have to add any noodles. For me it’s a bowl of meat and veges with the sauce. Yummy…now I want Mongolian. LOL
